is a tool with which 24-Hotel provides the customers with an inquiry on line service.
Usually the customers can inquire on line and get quick answers for their questions within ONE hour (9:00am - 18:00pm) while for some other questions within 24 houes ).

On any page of 24-Hotel website, click  mark on the up right corner to open a window,
input the MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (or telephone number) and PASSWORD to enter the webcall system.

All inquiry and answers will be recorded in our data base. Customers can check it anytime.

Only 25 inquiries can be searched.Messages lasting more than three months might be delete.
