| Are taxes included in the rate? |
| 24-Hotel's China room rates are inclusive of taxes and fees, with the exception of Hong Kong hotels and a few 5 star mainland hotels. You should carefully read your reservation summary for your hotel's specific policy. |

| Do I need a reservation number to confirm my booking? |
| Your order confirmation will carry an 24-Hotel tracking number that you should use when contacting us. In most cases, hotels in China do not issue reservation numbers to guests. They only ask you to show the hotel receptionist your passport when checking in. Should the hotel need additional information, we will include it in your confirmation email. |

| Do I need to prepay or use a credit card to guarantee my reservation? |
| If a room guarantee is required, it will be paid directly to the hotel at check-in. Under certain situations the hotel will require an advance room guarantee: |

You are booking a Hong Kong hotel, which usually require a credit card to guarantee one night's room charges. |

| How long does it take for 24-Hotel to send me my confirmation? |
Many hotels provide us with direct electronic access to their reservation systems,thereby allowing us to give you instant confirmation of your reservation. For those hotels without this facility, 24-Hotel must contact them and can generally confirm your reservation within 30 minutes. If your reservation is made after 6 pm (China time) or on a holiday, the confirmation may be delayed until the next morning when the hotel day staff is on duty. You can also check your reservation status online at My Booking Status
If you want to reserve a room far in the future, it may be that the hotel has not yet issued the rates. In this case, we can reserve the room now and get your approval later when the rates become available. |

| Do I need to pay deposit when I check in? |
| Hotels in China always require a deposit. Cash One is to give it to the receptionist when you check in. The amount will be slightly more than your total reservation charge. For example, if you pay cash and book two days, they may ask for 3 days' deposit. Although some international customers may not like this policy, know that this is a standard procedure in China and that the hotel will only hold back the agreed upon amount at check-out time. |

| What can I do to minimize problems with my reservation? |

Ensure that all information you provide is accurate. |

If you will require a late check in, note your arrival time in the comments section of the reservation form. It is possible the hotel will require a credit card guarantee. |

Make sure that your reservation for the full term of your stay. If you later find that you need to extend your stay, contact us first so that you will be charged at our low preferential rate, not the hotel's full desk rate. |

| You should immediately contact 24-Hotel at +86-10-63324282 and allow us to negotiate with the hotel on your behalf. The most common problems are with incorrectly entered names and late arrivals. Trust 24-Hotel's customer service agents to correct any problems that may arise with your reservation. |

| Please note your preferences on the reservation form and we will inform the hotel. While the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate your requests, they will be subject to availability.

| You can reserve your room up to 90 days in advance. Note that many Chinese hotels do not issue prices far in advance. In those cases, we will confirm your price range, reserve a suitable room and confirm the final price with you when it is released. |

| The rates listed at 24-Hotel are only available through our web site. If you would like to personally reserve your room, you should contact the hotel directly, but be prepared to pay an additional 20% to 50% above 24-Hotel's great rates. |

| In most cases, cancellations are free of charge if they occur within the specified period. If it is the peak season or some other circumstance: usually requires the payment of a cancellation fee. Children under 12 years old can usually share a room with their parents for free. However, there is often a charge if you need an extra bed brought to the room. |

| Although some luxury hotels claim that their tap water is purified and safe to drink, it is always safest to only drink bottled or boiled water. 4 and 5 star hotels will provide bottled water in the rooms, as well as a tea kettle to boil water.
